  • About

Sushi rolls are round, but by shaping the upper part of the roll into a triangle, you can form a roll with a long peaked roof. This sushi is wonderful to make for children’s birthday parties. Their friends will be amazed at what you and your child can do with sushi rice!

Ingredients

  • Fourteen ½-inch-square x 4-inch-long cucumber sticks
  • 6 ounces

Method

Line up all the ingredients—cucumber, cheddar cheese, sesame seeds, and sweet fish flakes—on a tray. Follow the techniques described in the Master Recipe for Classic California Roll. After making a roll, place the bamboo rolling mat on top of the roll, pinch the top part of the roll, moving from left to right, and form it into a triangular shape. Ma
