This classic recipe makes a delicious and simple fudge, which can be used as the base for a variety of different flavours. The beating of the mixture gives it its typical grainy texture. If you want the grains to be larger, stir the fudge when it is hotter. Letting the fudge cool down before you work it will result in finer grains.
