Jellies in the form of dense little fruit sweets such as these are different from the wobbly jellies that are served as dessert. These have just a little bite and, because of the additional gelatine, they maintain their shape.
They dissolve in your mouth, releasing their fresh fruit flavour. You could make them with a variety of different fruit purées, if you like, and serve them together for an array of colour and flavour.
