These adult treats contain the classic combination of Grand Marnier and dark chocolate. Made with wild, tropical oranges, the brandy pairs especially well with a fruity chocolate such as Valrhona’s 64% single-estate chocolate from Madagascar. Finishing the truffles by rolling them in chopped candied orange peel adds both texture and additional flavour, as well as making them even prettier.
