Despite its association with children, peanut butter can be used to make a very sophisticated chocolate. The silky texture of the peanut butter ganache inside a crisp milk chocolate shell is truly scrumptious. Although tempering chocolate will give the best results, you could just melt the chocolate and not temper it if you want to make these with children or you are short of time.
