There is something magical about the smell of ice cream cones cooking on a hot pan. It is easy to whip up this batter and have it in the refrigerator to pull out after supper or on a hot summer’s day. If you need to make these ahead of time, be sure to store them in an airtight container. They are best eaten when they are fresh, and the theatre of making them is fun for friends to watch.
