Molasses Pie

Just a fair warning: You won’t enjoy this pie if you don’t like molasses. If you do like molasses, however, you’ll find this to be a striking way to indulge in its dark, smoky, almost salty flavor. Cut small slices—it’s incredibly rich!—and serve with a big dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream to balance out the richness.
