These almonds are so quick and simple to prepare and make a delicious snack on their own or as a salty addition to any tapas board.
In a medium sauté pan or skillet, warm the oil over medium heat and add the rosemary, allowing it to perfume the oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the almonds and warm for 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Transfer to a bowl and toss with the salt and paprika. Serve warm.
