Its bright-green color and fresh flavors make mojo verde a delightful accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, infusing them with its distinctive garlic and herb notes. Serve this versatile and herbaceous sauce with pork, chicken, fish, or potatoes. It also makes a delicious marinade.

Ingredients

  • ½ bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro
  • 4 clov

Method

Place the herbs and garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped herbs and garlic with the oil, vinegar, cumin, and salt.
