Kai lan is a great addition to stir fries. Try this speedy supper with beef or chicken in place of the pork if you prefer.
Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the pork strips, stir, cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the groundnut oil over a medium-high heat. Drain the pork of its marinade and fry in batches until browned. Remove to a warm plate while you prepare the rest.
