My favorite detail about this breakfast bowl is that it’s super customizable. It’s simple and can be dressed way up if you want to add a bit of flare. Get creative with what you add. Some days, I use sautéed spinach instead of kale. You can top the bowl with sunflower seeds for a delightful added crunch.
To make the dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together the miso, water, tahini, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
