This is an all-purpose, all-season, all-occasion pasta salad. Fancy luncheon with your friends? Orzo Salad. Dinner with your parents? Orzo Salad. A cute solo brunch at home? Orzo Salad. It pairs perfectly with so many dishes. I love eating it with the Chicken Meatballs with Garlic Butter Sauce.
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the orzo according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
