A quick and clean staple for me! I can easily eat bowls of this, especially over a bed of seasoned white rice. Bok choy has a mild and fresh flavor that is elevated with the bold notes of garlic and ginger. Try it with your favorite soup, salad, or stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 lb baby bok choy, halved lenghtwise
  • 3

Method

In a wok over high heat, warm the avocado oil. Add the bok choy and cook without touching for 1 minute, until a little char develops. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1–2 minutes longer.

Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and WhiteSpice. Give the wok a shake and then stir to combine.

Remove from the heat and serve hot!
