A delicious variation of strawberry cheesecake. Cheesecake is one of my favorite sweets, and these cookies do not disappoint. Allow time for them to cool before enjoying. The puddles of cream cheese can easily burn the roof of your mouth if you’re too eager—I’m speaking from experience.
