This creamy sauce offers the delicious flavors of jerk seasoning, while taming some of its fiery kick. The possibilities for this sauce are endless. Try it with the Jerk Chicken Burrito, on your favorite salad, or drizzled over an assortment of cooked vegetables.
Place the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat and melt it. Add the half-and-half, jerk seasoning, YardSpice, WhiteSpice, and CajunSpice.
Mix well and cook until the sauce has a thick and creamy consistency, about 3–4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
