Garden Herb Pesto Palmiers

So light, so crisp, and so summery, these savory pastries are even more moreish than sweet palmiers. They are very easy to make, and you will find they will start to disappear the minute they exit the oven! I use homemade pesto, as the flavor and color are worlds better than those of a commercially made one, especially if you can use homegrown herbs.
