Ingredients

  • 2 cups (300 g) wholemeal or plain flour
  • pinch of salt

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and let it sit for 1½–2 hours.

Put the mixture in a large non-stick frying pan and spread it out with your hands, or a ladle if you prefer. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for around 7 minutes on each side, or until a charred crust has formed.
