This dish is called Fir fir when made with kicha, and Fit fit when made with injera. When made with kicha, you can eat it with a spoon. When eating the fit fit, it is served on a bed of injera. The injera is used as a utensil to grab the fit fit mixture. This is usually enjoyed as a breakfast dish.
Mix the cucumber, tomato, chilli and onion in a bowl.
In another small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, lemon juice and vinegar.
Put the silsi in a third bowl, and mix in the kicha, if making as fir fir.
Combine the cucumber mixture and oil mixture with the silsi mixture to serve.
