This is a snack that is usually served while someone is making injera.
In a bowl, mix the dilik and tesmi and season with salt to taste until it is the consistency of thick peanut butter.
Spread the mixture on half of each injera. If you spread it everywhere, it will fall apart when you toast it.
Fold the injera over and place it in a hot sandwich press for 10 seconds.
Take it out of the toaster and cut into quarters to serve.
