Ingredients

  • 400 ml can thick coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Demerara or palm sugar

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring all the time. Use immediately or store in a fridge and reheat as required.
