This is a very versatile sauce and can be used to spice up any dish.

Ingredients

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 8–10

Method

  1. Stir all the ingredients together and serve in a small bowl for dipping.
