Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped into fine cubes
  • 4 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 8 radishes, finely chopped

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving to allow the juices to come out and the flavours to develop.
