  • 350 g/12 oz minced pork
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted roasted peanuts, fi

Method

  1. Dry-fry the pork in a heavy-based frying pan, stirring until the pork is half cooked.
  2. Add the peanuts and continue to stir-fry until the pork is cooked. Drain off any cooking liquid and place the pork and peanuts in a bowl.
  3. Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the lettuce, until thoroughly amalgamated.
  4. Lay the lettuce leaves on a serving
