Chilli pork and pineapple bites

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 225 g/8 oz minced pork

Method

  1. Heat some oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan and stir-fry the garlic until just turning golden.
  2. Add the pork and stir-fry over a medium heat to break up any lumps and dry the mixture out.
  3. Add the spring onion, chopped coriander, peanuts, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the mixture is sticky and dry. Remove fro
