  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
  • 500 g/1 lb 2 oz

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and put to one side.
  2. Heat some oil in a wok or heavy-based frying pan and stir-fry half the garlic until just turning golden.
