Who’d have thought the humble cauliflower could have so many uses – it’s certainly come on a long way from being boiled to death and plonked on the side of a roast. It can be blitzed in a food processor to give you cauliflower couscous or cauliflower rice, coated in spices and roasted whole or in florets (such as Spicy Roast Cauliflower) and even thickly sliced into steaks, which is exactly what I’ve done here. It’s an impressive dish to serve at a dinner
