  • 25 g/1 oz butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2

Method

Heat the oven to 160°C/315ºF/gas 3. Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment.

Put the butter, maple syrup, salt and paprika in a large frying pan. Heat together until the butter is melted and bubbling. Add the nuts and stir around in the pan to evenly coat in the sticky mixture.

Tip onto the baking tray and level out into a single layer using a wooden spoon.
