This is great with Middle Eastern-style salads – think couscous, aubergine, pomegranate, falafel, flatbreads, etc…

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp natural (plain) yoghurt
  • juice of ½<

Method

Mix everything together. If the dressing is too thick, just loosen with an extra splash of water.

Keep chilled in the fridge. Use within 1 week.
