This is a perfect combination: smooth and creamy Savoy cabbage with a hint of horseradish. Hungarians use freshly grated horseradish root, but this recipe is a little milder and uses creamed horseradish instead.

Method

  1. Melt 10g/¼oz/½ tbsp butter in a large pan and add the onion. Fry gently for 1 minute, then add the cabbage. Stir well and add the caraway seeds. Pour in the chicken stock and then cook for around 10-15 minutes.
