In the event that Luarsab’s desire for mutton soup piqued your interest, I now offer a recipe for bozbashi, with some modifications. I have substituted lamb for the mutton and omitted the extra fat used in the traditional preparation of the soup. Despite my earlier disregard, I must admit that a bowl of bozbashi is heartwarming on a cold night.
