  • 10 tablespoons ( sticks) butter, softened
  • 2 eggs

Method

Cream the butter. Beat in the eggs and sour cream. Mix in the flour to make a soft dough.

On a floured board roll the dough to a 15- × 18-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of the baking soda.
