Follow the directions given in the recipe for Lobiani for making baking-soda dough. Substitute the following mixture for the bean filling:
Hard-boil the eggs. Cream the butter and add the mashed hard-boiled yolks, mixing well. Dice the whites and add to the egg mixture. Crumble the cheese and stir in. Finely chop the mint or tarragon and stir it in along with the salt and pepper to taste.
