Here is a modern dessert, a playful tribute to Georgia’s beloved peaches when they are not in season.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Liberally grease twelve 6-ounce custard cups. Place the cups on a cookie sheet.
