I cannot think of anything more refreshing than a bowl of chilled fruit soup on a sizzling August afternoon. Any fresh fruit or berries in season may be used. The amount of honey used depends upon how sweet one likes their soup, and whether one uses a thickener or not really depends upon personal preference. This soup features fresh peaches.
