Most Ukrainians crave that little something with a tangy flavor. There is also a national weakness for poached fish and shellfish in a creamy sauce. This zesty salad brings together the best of both worlds.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds extra-large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left attached if desired
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

Prepare shrimp

In a large shallow bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, mustard, and honey for the marinade. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
