Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Method

Cut the head of cauliflower into bite-size pieces and put in a large saucepan, along with 2 cups of cold water, the salt, and half of the lemon slices. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer about 6 to 8 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender.
