Method

After letting the dough rise twice, turn it out onto a lightly floured board or counter. Roll out the dough to about ¼-inch thickness and cut 2 dozen 3-inch squares. Roll each square into a neat, log-shaped roll. Place the rolls on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with
