This is the basic recipe for making varenyky. First choose and make one of the many fillings on the following pages and then follow these instructions for making the dough and assembling and cooking the varenyky.


  • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 extra-large


Make dough
