This dessert can be whipped up in an instant—however, many times these nut-stuffed beauties are served as part of a zakusky (appetizer) spread. I serve this selection as often as I can when apricots are in season and they are always a hit!
Whisk together the sour cream and honey in a small bowl. Stir in the crushed walnuts.
Stuff each piece of apricot with some of the sour cream mixture and place on a decorative serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with some crusty brown sugar just before serving.
