This creamy layered dessert pudding is made with millet flakes, which can be found in any health food store here in the United States. Millet contains more protein and iron than any other grain and its use is catching on in this country. Ukraine, on the other hand, enjoys millet kasha (porridge) regularly as a savory side dish or sweetened with jam, preserves, or fresh fruit.
