1 bottle (750 ml) Ukrainian vodka
1 tablespoon coarsely crushed coriander seeds

Method

Pour all of the vodka into a glass pitcher and stir in the coriander seeds and peppercorns. Infuse for 4 to 6 hours. Strain and pour into a decorative decanter to store and serve.
