1 bottle (750 ml) Ukrainian vodka
3 ounces dried cherries, chopped

Method

Pour all of the vodka into a glass pitcher and stir in the cherries and aniseed. Infuse for 4 hours. Strain and pour into a decorative decanter to store and serve.
