I really love cabbage, so when I had some left in my fridge and it coincided with a pasta craving, this unusual – but brilliant – pairing was born. I urge you to give it a go, even if you’re not sure you love cabbage. It might just convert you. The simplicity of this dish makes it a perfect weeknight meal: it is both nourishing and quick to make, allowing us the headspace to process the day’s events whilst eating well – what’s not to love?
