It is well worth doubling or tripling the recipe for these burgers and freezing some, as they are a great solution when you’re having a last-minute BBQ or needing to feed a lot of hungry mouths. Serve them traditional-style in a bun piled with the usual burger accompaniments, or they are lovely with a great salad or some cooked vegetables.
