These crunchy crackers are incredibly simple to make and satisfying on their own or topped with hummus, mackerel paté or with dips of any kind. My daughter and I really enjoy making them together – there’s something about sprinkling in all the seeds and then stirring up and rolling a dough that we both find very satisfying. Great for a picnic, on a cheeseboard or in a packed lunch. You can always switch around the seeds according to what you have to hand.
