This is a lovely sunny bread to enjoy with soups and salads. It can be frozen in slices, which are best defrosted before warming through in a dry frying pan. I serve this with slices of avocado, cooked cherry tomatoes and a lovely green salad or perhaps as a side to my Chickpea, Butternut and Coconut Soup.
