This marinade will elevate the simplest of ingredients and delivers a big burst of flavour. It’s a great way to transform a few really simple ingredients into quite a fancy supper, so try it with chicken, fish, aubergine, butternut squash, prawns and tofu.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sweet white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Pour over whatever it is you wish to marinate and leave covered in the fridge for (ideally) a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
