Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Method

Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Sift dry ingredients, and combine the two mixtures stirring in the milk. Bake in shallow pan in a quick oven. Sprinkle top with sugar. May be served as a dessert with Lemon Sauce.
