Ingredients

  • 10 green peppers
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Method

Toast peppers on top of stove until the skins loosen. Remove the seed and skin. Scald the tomatoes and peel; chop all together, add salt and serve cold with meat.
