  • ¼ lb. cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • A pinch salt
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 dash Tobasco Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley


Crumble the cheese in a bowl, add the vinegar, stir until nearly dissolved, add oil gradually, add the rest of the ingredients and when ready to serve add the parsley.
